Unsure

This has been helpful for keeping track of my cycles but not sure its helping with much else maybe thats just my fault I never know for sure what to put in for cervical fluid (it never looks like any of their descriptions to me and I have no idea how to tell if my cervix is high or low or middle and I cant tell if it feels like my chin, upper lip, etc I have also started using Kindara and find that it is way more helpful and I love that on the other app there is a community of people that u can chat with about your info which you can share on a chart and you get support and encouragement from the other ladies too since I started using that app I barely use this one I just enter in the info to see if it gives me different ovulation dates
